Club Registration Information

We offer swimmers new to USA Swimming a one-week trial period before being required to join the club. The number of days in the trial period depends on the swimmer's level (2 to 5 days)

The costs of membership include an Annual USA Swimming registration fee of $60 and monthly club dues as outlined in the schedule below.

The following forms are required for registration:

• A completed Swimmer Information Form
• Two copies of swimmer's birth certificate (photocopies are fine)
• A completed USA Swimming Registration (see Coach Kelli)
• A completed, notarized Emergency Medical Release Form
